Blueberry Cream Cheese Loaf 藍莓芝士磅蛋糕 (附食譜)



材料:
100g butter
200g cream cheese
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 1/4 cup self raising flour
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 box blueberry

做法:
1. 預熱焗爐170度;
2. Cream cheese + caster sugar + butter攪拌至幼滑;
3. 蛋逐隻加入(2);
4. 輕手加入自發粉和buttermilk;
5. 加入半盒藍莓拌勻,然後把蛋糕料倒入模中,再把餘下半盒的藍莓放面;
6. 170度40分鐘;
7. 放涼入雪糕,吃前室溫放軟數分鐘便可享用。
