ZAVVA Shots X Sakura Cupcakes

12月快到了,意味著聖誕亦快來了;一年之中,我最喜歡的便是聖誕節,四處都掛上了聖誕裝飾,紅紅綠綠的,心情特別愉快。每到聖誕,大家都會出席很多派對吧? 而交換禮物亦是其中一樣節目;今年,大家想好了送友人甚麼樣的聖誕禮物嗎?

大家認識ZAVVA Shots和Sakura Cupcakes嗎?

今年12月,ZAVVA Shots將會聯同Sakura Cupcakes,共同創出一個精緻的禮盒,當中包括了6杯ZAVVA甜酒和6件Sakura Cupcakes。

ZAVVA Shots X Sakura Cupcakes禮品盒售價為HKD150,當中包括了6款ZAVVA Shots & 6 Sakura Cupcakes (3 black pearl cupcakes + 3 china white cupcakes)

The ZAVVA Shots X Sakura Cupcakes gift box costs HK$150.00 and includes six ZAVVA Shots and sixSakura Cupcakes (3 ‘Black Pearl’ cupcakes + 3 ‘China White’ cupcakes).


這次的體驗版包括了China White Cupcake & ZAVVA China White, Black Pearl Cupcake & ZAVVA Black Pearl。


China White Cupcake是雲尼拿豆蛋糕加上奶油糖霜;而Black Pearl Cupcake則是當中充滿了咖啡忌廉,表面則是忌廉狀的咖啡和雲尼拿糖霜。

Black Pearl Cupcake:當中的忌廉十分香滑,當中更帶點焦糖香。

China White Cupcake則比較清淡,沒有那咖啡的香氣,但亦因為這樣,更能嗅到蛋香;而蛋糕質感亦很好,非常鬆軟;一口一件,方便易吃。

Zavva shots X Sakura Cupcakes模仿ZAVVA甜酒醇厚的味道,經常了全面的試驗和抽樣,使兩款蛋糕的味道達到完成。

Two new cupcake flavours have been created using the ‘Black Pearl’ (coffee & vanilla)and ‘China White’ (butterscotch) Zavva Shots.

我超喜歡這個充滿型格的file!

ZAVVA China White & ZAVVA Black Pearl

China White: Butterscotch Liqueur 15ml + Velvet Cream Liqurur 15ml
Black Pearl: Coffee Liqueur 15ml +  Vanilla Cream Liqueur 15ml

個人建議,先喝China White後喝Black Pearl,前者與China White Cupcake一樣,味道比較淡;而Black Pearl味道十分強烈,由食道至胃都感受到那股強烈的酒精,非常適合愛酒人士。

飲後感: 起初以為這種shot的味道很一般,但原來與在酒吧享用的味道亦差無幾,更方便的是不用買數支不同款式的liqueur自家調配。當聖誕開party時,又想來點酒精,又嫌wine/beer太普通,不妨用這ZAVVA,方便之餘味道亦不錯。再配上兩款味道近似的cupcakes,十分特別;這份"玩具",絕對是派對中的好玩意。


禮品盒可經cupcakes@sakuraconcepts.com訂購,需要三天的準備時間;而禮品盒亦可在ZAVVA Concepts的中環總公司親自領取或安排送費(將收取額外的運費)。
