RUM FEST 2014

相信大家都很喜歡Wine, Whisky等的酒精，除此之外，有沒有想過Rum? 

這天小妹來到Honi Honi，嚐了幾款RUM，說實話，小妹還未有足夠經驗喝這種酒。 

PASSION WATER

Passion fruit purée, fresh syrup and watermelon juice, dash of lemon juice and fresh apple juice味道清新可口，平日不太喜歡喝凍的，但實在太清新，最適合現時的天氣，一口氣便喝清了!

MOLOKINI

Plantation 5yo Barbados Rum, Grand Marnier, 

fresh watermelon juice, fresh passion fruit, fresh lemon juice, 

mint leaves and sugar cane syrup

味道十分清新，酒精味不強，就是因為酒精味不強，於是小妹便把這當果汁處理，然後很快便上腦了......

用rum酒做的chocolate cake，朱古力味道濃郁，當中還有chocolate chips，帶著輕輕的rum酒香，很美味喔。

當晚共試了三款rum酒，大家想品嚐嗎? 機會來了。

本月的24和25日，HONG KONG RUM FEAST將在Honi Honi舉行，當日免費入場之餘，還可以免費品嚐Rum酒，不得不去吧!?
